Western Slope Driving Institute Application

Is your student getting ready to drive?? DHS has been awarded the opportunity to provide 2 drivers education programs. The Western Slope Driving Institute will be held at DHS April 7-10 from 9:00-5:00. A discounted price of $200 (normally $445) will be offered to students. Alive at 25 will be held May 10 and 17th from 8:00-12:00 for $40. There will also be scholarships available to a limited number of qualifying students, making the price $100 for the Institute and $10 for Alive at 25. PHYSICALS, ATHLETIC REGISTRATION, AND IMPACT TESTING FOR ALL DHS STUDENTS PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS THIS YEAR WILL BE AT DELTA HIGH SCHOOL. FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORES WILL BE THURSDAY AUGUST 7TH FROM 9:00-12:00 AND 1:00-5:00. JUNIORS AND SENIORS WILL BE AUGUST 8TH FROM 9:00-12:00 AND 1:00-5:00. THE COST IS $35.
